These Terms of Service apply to purchases and subscriptions made through stewartjones.uk and associated payment pages operated by Stewart Jones.
By purchasing a service, product or subscription from me, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Insights Premium
Insights Premium is a paid subscription providing access to premium newsletter content and other subscriber-only material that may be offered from time to time.
The subscription price is displayed at the point of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, Insights Premium is currently charged at £9 per month, plus VAT where applicable.
3. Recurring Payments
Insights Premium is a recurring monthly subscription.
By subscribing, you authorise my payment provider to charge your chosen payment method each month until you cancel your subscription.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I do not receive or store your full card details.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Unless otherwise stated at the point of cancellation, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period and you will continue to have access to the subscription until that date.
No further recurring payments will be taken after cancellation takes effect.
5. Cooling-Off and Consumer Rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have.
Where access to digital content or services begins immediately after purchase, additional rules may apply regarding your right to cancel once supply has begun.
6. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the relevant subscription period has begun.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact me so that the matter can be reviewed.
7. Newsletter Content
Insights Premium provides educational and informational content relating to digital growth, marketing, technology, AI, business strategy and related subjects.

8. Availability
I aim to provide the subscription service reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
I may occasionally change the format, frequency, structure or features of the subscription where reasonably necessary.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all newsletter content, articles, guides, downloads and other materials provided through Insights Premium remain my intellectual property.
Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the content.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish or commercially exploit subscriber-only content without my prior written permission.

Where access is linked to an email address or subscriber account, you are responsible for ensuring that your contact details remain accurate.
